Charlie Lassor of RNDC will be leading a class focused on "The King Grape", Cabernet Sauvignon.
Guests will learn how different terroir (environmental factors)affects grapes, by tasting a variety of Cabernet Sauvignon from multiple locations. We'll start with an example from Walla Walla in Washington state and work our way south, ending in Paso Robles, California.
Cheese and charcuterie will be available.
Must be 21+ to attend.
